For Beginner to Advanced level lifters. Work can be done at the majority of commercial gyms with basic equipment. This 12 week, 5 day/week program is designed to introduce individuals to training for Powerlifting. From warm ups, to working weight, and percentages. It is great for anyone who may be curious about the sport, or is in between meets looking to build strength.
