This program is an 8-week, 4 day per week program designed for the hybrid athlete going into the off-season, or a beginning athlete looking for an introduction into a bodybuilding/powerlifting/strongman style of training. The program is built to develop a baseline strength pattern, and develop muscle size through hypertrophy.
