SCF Strongman Seminar

Coach and Strongman competitor Chandler Caudill will be going over fundamentals in 3 Strongman events.  There will be the overview of the lift, time to cycle through and try the lift with some coaching pointers and tips, then a short period where you can try a popular event variation of the movement (ie; reps in 60 seconds, top triple, etc.)  We will end with a hangout/Q&A session to go over anything that may be needed or allow for some extra small technical work until the seminar's scheduled end.
