Strongman Event Training at Swamp City Strength & Conditioning

The focus of this session will be to introduce or simply try out different Strongman events.  It will be slower paced, like a seminar and more laid back  This is a great opportunity to go over events for preps leading up to popular local shows as we will typically have a team training for them at any given time.  Expect 1-2 different events to be the focus depending on class size and time constraints.  Please feel free to suggest any events you would like to work over.
