100% Online Challenge. This event is unsanctioned, with prizes. Plate must be shown in the video. Chalk and wrist wraps are the only equipment allowed. Men must use a 45lb BUMPER (rubber plate), Women must use a 25lb BUMPER (Rubber Plate) You will be able to submit once per week, an unlimited amount of times.
